§ 265-11-a

265:11-a Prohibiting Avoidance of Traffic Signals. – At any traffic control signal or sign, it shall be unlawful for the driver of a motor vehicle to cut across public or private property at or near the intersection which is not a roadway to avoid the traffic control signal or sign. Any person who violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a violation. Source. 1986, 127:1, eff. Jan. 1, 1987.
