265:52 Penalty for Violation of Railroad Crossing Provision. – If any person is convicted of an offense under any provision of RSA 265:50 or 265:51, such person shall be guilty of a violation for the first offense, and, for any subsequent offense committed during any calendar year, such person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. The director may revoke such person's driver's license and no new license shall be issued to such person for at least 90 days after the date of such revocation. Source.
