§ 265-91-e

265:91-e Appeal. – Any person aggrieved by a decision of the department under this section, after the administrative hearing or review, may appeal the decision as provided in RSA 263:75. The court shall have the full authority to determine whether any license suspension or revocation should be stayed during the pendency of the appeal. Source. 1999, 295:3, eff. Jan. 1, 2000.
