266-A:3-a Certification as Vanpool Operator. – Each person, upon being certified by the director of the division of motor vehicles of the department of safety as a vanpool operator, shall provide said director with a certificate indicating that the vehicle used in vanpooling service is covered by a liability insurance policy in such amount as may be prescribed by the director.
