§ 270-e-15

270-E:15 Suspension of Dealer's Registration; Penalty. – The commissioner shall have the authority to suspend or revoke the registration of any manufacturer or dealer who violates any of the provisions of this chapter. Any manufacturer or dealer who violates any of said provisions shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Source. 1990, 229:1, eff. Jan. 1, 1991.
