275-C:8 Gifts, Grants, or Donations. – The commission is authorized to receive any gifts, grants, or donations made for any of the purposes of its program and to disburse and administer the same in accordance with the terms thereof. Source. 1977, 545:1, eff. Sept. 13, 1977.
