[RSA 275:83 effective July 1, 2025.] 275:83 Hardship Exemption. – An employer may be exempted from this subdivision if providing reasonable break time and sufficient space for expressing milk would impose an undue hardship to the employer's operations. Source. 2023, 191:20, eff. July 1, 2025.
