281-A:18-a Exclusion of Executive Officers and Members of Limited Liability Companies. – I. Any corporation or limited liability company may elect to exclude up to 3 executive officers or members from the compulsive coverage requirements under this chapter. II. The commissioner shall adopt rules under RSA 541-A relative to the filing of such an exclusion. III. No exclusion shall be valid unless properly filed with the commissioner. IV. Those executive officers and limited liability company members who elect to be excluded shall not be considered uninsured employees of a subcontractor under RSA 281-A:18.
