§ 281-a-55-a

281-A:55-a Reimbursement for Payment of Additional Compensation. – I. When an employer or carrier has paid additional compensation to an employee pursuant to RSA 281-A:15, III as a result of the employee's increased average weekly wages earned in concurrent employment, reimbursement for such additional compensation shall be made to the employer or carrier from the special fund created by RSA 281-A:55. II. An employer or carrier shall notify the labor commissioner of any possible claim against the special fund as soon as practicable, but in no event later than 100 weeks after the injury or death.
