282-A:103 Establishment and Control. – There is hereby created the unemployment compensation fund to be administered by the commissioner of the department of employment security, subject to audit by the commissioner of administrative services without liability on the part of the state beyond the amounts paid into and earned by the fund. This fund shall consist of all contributions collected under this chapter, all interest earned upon any moneys in the fund, any properties or securities acquired through use of moneys or securities belonging to the fund and all earnings of such properties or securities, and all other moneys received for the fund from any other source.
