282-A:120 Destruction of Records. – The commissioner may by rules order the destruction, after reasonable periods, of any and all records, reports, transcripts or reproductions thereof, or other papers kept pursuant to the administration of the unemployment compensation law, which are not considered by him as necessary to the administration of this chapter.
