282-A:121 Penalty. – Any employee of the department of employment security, member of an appeal tribunal, or any individual, corporation, association, partnership or other type of organization, who lawfully obtains or sees records, reports or information obtained in the administration of this chapter who violates any provision of this subdivision shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
