282-A:132 Cooperation. – It shall be the duty of the city and town clerks to cooperate with the employment service bureau in the reception and forwarding of applications from those seeking employment and those desiring employees. Such clerks shall receive such compensation from the department of employment security as the commissioner of said department determines appropriate, and to the extent he finds that funds are available, and may receive additional compensation therefor according to the direction of the respective cities and towns.
