282-A:133 Removal From Records of Amounts Due. – Upon a written determination by the commissioner of the department of employment security with the approval of the attorney general that the best interests of the state would be served by taking no further action to collect any sum or sums due under the provisions of this chapter, the same may be removed from the books and records of the department by said commissioner.
