282-A:167 General Penalty. – Any violator of any provision of this chapter, or of any order or rule thereunder, for which a penalty is neither prescribed above nor provided by any other applicable statute, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor; and each such violation shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
