282-A:176 Rules and Rulemaking. – I. All rulemaking power provided in this chapter shall be exercised in accordance with the provisions of RSA 541-A. All rules adopted by the authority of this chapter shall be adopted pursuant to RSA 541-A. II. The terms 'require,' 'prescribe,' 'determine,' 'establish,' and 'set' when referring to an action taken by the department of employment security to set a requirement binding on the public shall mean to 'adopt a rule pursuant to RSA 541-A.'
