282-A:33 Temporary Self-Employment. – No individual shall be ineligible for benefits or disqualified for benefits solely because he has engaged in temporary self-employment without intending to establish a business while otherwise unemployed if he continues to seek employment after completion of such temporary self-employment endeavor.
