282-A:52 Paying Benefits. – Benefits found payable by any administrative determination or decision, or court decision, order or decree, shall be immediately paid in accordance therewith up to the week in which a subsequent appellate body renders a decision, order or decree finding that benefits were not payable or are not payable or both.
