282-A:59 Appearance and Postponement. – In order to protect the rights of the interested parties, if the commissioner, in his sole judgment, finds sufficient grounds to justify or excuse an interested party from appearing at a hearing or from requesting a postponement of a hearing, he shall direct the appeal tribunal to hold a further hearing.
