2024, 17:1, effective January 1, 2027, amends the chapter heading to delete 'and Dog'. 284:14 Breeding of Horses. – The lottery commission shall encourage and promote the improvement of the breed of horses in New Hampshire. It may accept donations of thoroughbred, standardbred, or other well-bred stallions by licensees or others to the state for this purpose.
