287-E:26 Rehearing and Appeal. – Any person aggrieved by a decision of the commission to deny or revoke a lucky 7 license may apply to the commission for a rehearing within 15 business days of the decision. Rehearings and appeals shall be governed by RSA 541. Source. 1983, 417:1, eff. July 1, 1983.
