287-E:29 Penalty. – I. In addition to any other penalties provided for by law, any person who violates RSA 287-E shall be guilty of a misdemeanor if a natural person, or guilty of a felony if any other person. II. Each day on which a bingo game is played or a ticket is sold in violation of RSA 287-E shall constitute a separate offense. III. Any person who purposely, knowingly, or recklessly deprives a charitable organization of any of its moneys collected from bingo or lucky 7 or any person who purposely, knowingly, or recklessly deprives players of any prizes collected from bingo or lucky 7, shall be guilty of a class A felony.
