294-A:28 Annual Report. – I. The annual report of each domestic professional corporation, and each foreign professional corporation authorized to transact business in this state, filed with the secretary of state under the law in this state applicable to business corporations shall include a statement that all the shareholders, and as many of the directors and officers as may be required under RSA 294-A:20, are qualified persons with respect to the corporation.
