301-A:10 Adoption of Bylaws. – Bylaws shall be adopted or repealed by at least a majority vote of the members. Bylaws shall be amended by at least a majority vote of members present at a regular meeting of the association or by at least a majority vote of members casting votes if the bylaws permit voting by absentee ballot, unless the bylaws require at least a majority vote of all members.
