[RSA 301-B:27 effective July 1, 2025.] RSA 301-B effective July 1, 2025, except for RSA 301-B:31 effective July 26, 2024. 301-B:27 Failure Event. – In the case of a failure event: I. Legal personality and limited liability shall be maintained to the extent necessary to protect New Hampshire DAO participants, administrators, and legal representatives from personal liability. II. A failure event may trigger liability on the person deploying or upgrading the New Hampshire DAO if that person: (a) Acted in bad faith; or (b) Engaged in gross negligence. Source. 2024, 263:1, eff.
