303:16 Masonian Proprietors. – The owners of the common and undivided lands purchased by John Tufton Mason, deceased, commonly called the Masonian proprietors, may hold their proprietary meetings at Portsmouth; and all proceedings of such proprietors at meetings so held shall be valid.
