§ 304-a-55

[This subdivision was enacted by the New Hampshire General Court and is not a part of the national Uniform Partnership Act.] 304-A:55 Powers of Licensing Authorities Not Affected. – Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a partnership engaged in the rendering of professional services may register as a registered limited liability partnership or foreign registered limited liability partnership subject to: (a) The laws and rules governing the rendering of professional services as defined in RSA 304-A:2, IX by partnerships; and (b) Such other terms and conditions imposed by its governing licensing authority.
