304-C:182 Service of Process on Unregistered Foreign Limited Liability Companies. – I. Any foreign limited liability company not registered under RSA 304-C:175, doing business in New Hampshire shall be deemed to have appointed and constituted the secretary of state of New Hampshire its agent for the acceptance of legal process in any action, suit, or proceeding, whether criminal or civil, against it in any state or federal court in New Hampshire arising or growing out of any business done by it within New Hampshire. II. The doing of business in New Hampshire by such foreign limited liability company shall be a signification of the agreement of such foreign limited liability company that any such process when so served shall be of the same legal force and validity as if served upon an authorized manager or agent personally within New Hampshire. III. Whenever the words 'doing business,' 'the doing of business,' or 'business done in this state,' by any such foreign limited liability company are used in this section, they shall mean the course of practice of carrying on any business activities in New Hampshire, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the
