304-C:57 Certificates of Membership Rights, Etc. – An operating agreement may provide that the limited liability company may issue certificates evidencing: I. Membership rights, including limited liability company interests; and II. Other rights relating to a limited liability company, including a limited liability company interest that has been transferred in accordance with the provisions of the operating agreement or this act.
