310-A:27 Exemptions. – Nothing in this subdivision shall be construed to prevent or affect: I. [Repealed.] II. The work of an employee or a subordinate of a person holding an engineering license under this subdivision, provided such work does not include final designs or decisions and is done under the direct responsibility, checking, and supervision of a person holding an engineering license under this subdivision; III. The practice of officers and employees of the government of the United States while engaged within this state in the practice of engineering for the federal government; or IV.
