318:26-a Change in Name, Employment, or Residence. – Any pharmacist, licensed advanced pharmacy technician, or pharmacy technician who changes his or her name, place or status of employment, or residence shall notify the office of professional licensure and certification in writing within 15 days. For failure to report such a change within 15 days, the board may suspend the pharmacist's license, the advanced pharmacy technician's license, or the pharmacy technician's registration.
