325-A:28 Rulemaking. – The board shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A relative to: I. Criteria for licensure of crematory authorities. II. [Repealed.] III. The content of all forms. IV. Conditions under which human remains of persons whose death was caused by a disease declared by the board to be infectious, contagious, communicable, or dangerous to the public health may be transported in this state to a crematory for the purpose of cremation. The board shall consult with the chief medical examiner on rules adopted under this paragraph. V. Minimum sanitation standards for all crematories. VI. [Repealed.] Source. 2006, 288:2, eff.
