§ 325-31-a

325:31-a Eye Procurement Technician Qualification. – No person shall perform eye tissue removal or processing pursuant to RSA 291-A:11 unless such person has successfully completed a course of training acceptable to a procurement organization as defined in RSA 291-A:2, XX.
