326-L:4 Penalty. – Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an unfair or deceptive act or practice as provided in RSA 358-A and shall be penalized in accordance with RSA 358-A:6. Source. 2018, 365:1, eff. July 1, 2018.
