327:33 Continuing Education Courses Required for Non-Pharmaceutical Certification. – All optometrists licensed in this state shall be required to take annual courses of study in subjects relating to the practice of the profession of optometry. The length of study shall be prescribed by the board, with a minimum of 15 hours in a calendar year. Attendance must be at a course approved by the board.
