328-J:14 Educational Programs. – All educational programs approved by the executive director, in consultation with the board, in radiography, radiation therapy, nuclear medicine technology, magnetic resonance technology, sonography, radiologist assistant or limited x-ray machine operation may be offered by a medical facility or educational institution.
