§ 330-a-25

330-A:25 Civil Claims. – Any person injured by the actions of a person engaged in the practice of unlicensed therapy in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter may bring a civil action to recover damages suffered by reason of the violations. Source. 1998, 234:1, eff. Oct. 31, 1998.
