332-G:2 Examination Fees. – Boards or commissions which administer or require examinations as part of examination for licensure and which establish charges to examination applicants equivalent to 125 percent of the direct expense of the examination may expend funds for such examinations, related services, or supplies as needed, but not to exceed the direct expense of the examination.
