362:6 Cellular Mobile Radio Communications Exempt. – The term 'public utility' shall not include any individual, partnership, corporation, company, association, or joint stock association, including any trustee, administrator, executor, receiver, assignee, or other personal representative who provides, purchases or sells cellular mobile radio communication services.
