§ 374-b-11

374-B:11 Tax Exemption. – The bonds and notes issued under this chapter, their transfer and the income therefrom, including any profit made on the sale thereof, shall at all times be free from taxation within the state. Source. 1975, 501:1, eff. June 24, 1975.
