384-F:32 Reports. – I. Each foreign bank which is licensed to establish and maintain a New Hampshire state branch, New Hampshire state agency, or New Hampshire representative office shall file with the commissioner such reports as and when the commissioner may require by rules, adopted pursuant to RSA 541-A, or order. II. Each report filed with the commissioner under this chapter or under any rule adopted or order issued under this chapter shall be in such form and contain such information, shall be signed in such manner, and shall be verified in such manner, as the commissioner may require by rules, adopted under RSA 541-A, or order.
