402-N:5 Complaints Relative to Pharmacy Benefit Managers. – I. Consumers may file a complaint related to a registered pharmacy benefit manager pursuant to RSA 400-A:15-e. II. The commissioner shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, to implement paragraph I.
