§ 405-44-c

405:44-c Appeal. – Any person, corporation, partnership or association aggrieved by the action of the commissioner in revoking, suspending or refusing to grant or reissue a license may file an appeal in accordance with the provisions of RSA 541. Source. 1986, 58:1, eff. July 1, 1986.
