406-A:2 Definitions. – When used in this chapter: I. 'The commissioner' shall mean the insurance commissioner of this state. II. 'Unfair trade practice act' shall mean Revised Statutes Annotated, chapter 417, entitled Unfair Insurance Trade Practices. III.
