415-I:4 Applicability and Scope. – I. This chapter applies to all discount medical plan organizations doing business in or from this state. II. This chapter shall not apply to any discount medical plan offered by, or in cooperation with, or pursuant to an agreement with the state of New Hampshire or any political subdivision of the state.
