420-C:6 Rulemaking. – I. The commissioner may adopt rules under RSA 541-A necessary for the implementation and administration of this chapter, relative to: (a) The length of time necessary for health care insurers to comply with this chapter; and (b) The information he shall require health care insurers to provide to demonstrate compliance with this chapter.
