420-F:11 Examination. – I. The commissioner shall make an examination of Delta as often as he or she deems it necessary, but not less frequently than once in every 5 years. All examinations shall be conducted at the expense of Delta. II. Delta shall submit its books and records relating to its operations to such examinations and in every way facilitate them. For the purpose of examinations, the commissioner may issue subpoenas, administer oaths to, and examine the officers and agents of Delta. Source. 1992, 252:1, eff. Jan. 1, 1993. 2018, 36:4, eff.
