420-F:7 Cancellation or Nonrenewal. – I. No contract with a contract holder authorized under this chapter shall be cancelled by Delta, except for nonpayment of premium, unless the contract holder receives a notice of cancellation in accordance with this section. Notice of cancellation for breach of the contract by the contract holder shall be delivered to the contract holder or mailed to the contract holder's last address as shown in the records of Delta at least 10 days prior to the effective date of the cancellation. Notice of cancellation for lack of participation shall be delivered to the contract holder or mailed to the contract holder's last address as shown in the records of Delta, at least 30 days prior to the effective date of the cancellation. II.
