420-F:9 Financial Report and Examination. – I. Delta shall file with the commissioner, on March 1, a report verified by an appropriate official of Delta, showing its financial condition on the last day of the preceding fiscal year. II. Such report shall include: (a) Delta's financial statements, including its balance sheet and statement of income and expenditures for the preceding year, certified by an independent public accountant; (b) Such other financial information relating to Delta's performance as the commissioner may require.
