421-A:13 Criminal Penalties. – I. Any person who violates RSA 421-A:3 or any rule adopted under it, or any order of which he has notice, or who willfully violates RSA 421-A:7, 8 or 11 or any rule adopted or order issued thereunder, shall be guilty of a class B felony if a natural person, or guilty of a felony if any other person. Each of the acts specified shall constitute a separate offense and a prosecution or conviction for any of such offenses shall not bar prosecution or conviction for any other offense. No indictment or information may be returned more than 6 years after the alleged violation. II. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to limit the power of the state to punish any person for any conduct which constitutes a crime under any other statute.
